Russia approves 24 mln tn grain export quota for Feb 15–Jun 30
MOSCOW, Nov 23 (PRIME) – The government’s sub-commission for customs and tariff regulation has supported a grain export quota for the non-Eurasian Economic Union states at 24 million tonnes to be valid from February 15 until June 30, 2024, the government said on Thursday.
The sub-commission also supported a temporary prohibition on exports of durum wheat from December 1, 2023 until May 31, 2024.
The authority also approved a tariff incentive on imports of some types of chicken meat.
"Thus, imports of chicken meat in a volume of up to 160,000 tonnes are to be exempt from the imports customs duty in 2024," the statement read.
